Here are a couple of 'screen grabs' for EiE; I write 'mocks' because they are images made by layering the BGs with particular frames, not true frame shots. Colours are still subject to change...
EiE. That's the working title of my thesis animation, which I started working on 3 days ago. No rest for the wicked, I mean I literally finished Luna less than a month ago... I'm such a wimp!
Here's a concept image - but I'm not revealing any plot-line yet.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, 'Luna'! Started on the 31st of January 2009, and finalised today.
Sadly I was unable to get rights for the music I planned for the animation - the record company wanted too much money - but thankfully the beautiful alternative soundtrack is public-domain.

Sounds like a good show, with a focus on the art and production side from animations far too cool for TV.
The SVA exhibit will showcase my classmates' amazing work from the last academic year - and my stuff to bring them all down. The dates for are: September 24th until October 14th, 2009. The Book Show will be held in the gallery in 209 East 23rd Street. Reception will be held on Monday, September 28th from 6 - 8pm. So they're pretty much in tandem, what fun!
As I'm sure you can imagine, I've got work to do, but I'll keep you up to date. Thanks!
Here's a couple of sketches from the beginning of summer, I thought you might like to see.

Thanks for taking a look. I know I keep repeating myself, but my moon animation will be finished this week, and I'll be putting it online the following week, on sites like YouTube and Vimeo. Watch this space!
